My kid went there when he's K3 (back to 3 years ago). We attended the course as we heard the syllabus was good etc. In reality, frankly, it's extremely what I expected. The tutor was not good and impatient. Not sure if it's the same tutor now or not. But kids got no attention there. It's said kids need to do on their own, but what's the difference if you teach your kid yourself? After 4 lessons, we quit.

In fact, you can buy the supplementary exercise and teach your kid yourself if you have time.

Yes, it's a guy. Well, all my comments were my personal view. Maybe others may think it's great.

Re exercise, I just bought from those bookstores people usually go to. You can also search those exercise that emphasizes analytical thinking and Eng Maths. I can't remember the names though.
