社處及教育局之學前機構辦學手冊:

9 . 2 收取留位費/ 註冊費及報名費
所有學前機構適用
9 . 2 . 1 幼兒中心在取錄新兒童時，可在不早於兒童入
讀前三個月預先收取第一個月部分或全部月
費作留位之用，該留位費金額應在入讀第一個
月的月費扣除。

現在該校聲稱委任一間私人公司收取2 個月之留位費
濫收費用之餘, 還推卸接任!

老師好, 教育好, 但辦學管理階層良知何在?
家長們雖然比得起錢, 也不要做老襯!

我都好唔鐘意呢間學校！揾錢至上！
我女1歲11個月時我哋去現場報名N班插班，即場收，咁我哋就唸住過多一個月夠兩歲就可以開始讀！點知果位工作小姐建議不如下一個禮拜就可以開始讀！我哋覺得好奇，就問N班唔係一定要足2歲先可以入讀咩？果位小姐就話早一個月無問題！咁我哋就交佐一個月學費同埋校車費！
點知讀佐1個禮拜唔夠，學校就開始放新年假！放足十幾日！一直放到第二個月又要交學費！學費加埋校車費成$8000幾，就咁無佐！我哋覺得呢間學校超級揾笨貪錢！我哋果完全無經驗，學校講乜咪照做！返得果4，5日就要放假，有乜理由要人趕快叫錢入讀！
仲有，當時我老公問有無全日班，果位女士就話無，然後問我哋係咪想小朋友返全日，我哋話係！佢就話你哋可以上午班同下午班一起報，返完上午班再返下午班！

為佐賺錢，可以提出令一個2歲小朋友中午可以唔駛食唔駛訓的計畫，呢間學校可以幾有教育熱忱，幾有愛心呢？

I dont know really. To me its just advance school fees, so no big deal. Nowadays most schools are commercialised.

上個月學校打嚟話pg有位，佢哋只有pg生先可上佢哋pn,最後因為我哋已有offer,所以無讀。前幾日竟然打比我話pm有offer比我，我bb連interview都無，噤就直入，收生標準未免太草率了。

社處回覆，規例如上面所提
但校方拋左個波比間私人公司，話由該公司管理，所以不知情
政府部門話要再查呢間公司

但我問社處，有冇其他家長有疑問打去查詢，竟然係冇
所以我先喺度提醒大家

我個女4年前已經讀TT pg，因為近屋企
跟住都係為左唔洗面試，所以讀埋pn

阿仔舊年開始pg，今年2月份開始pn，收費一直如常
（學費1個月+1個按金，雖然係貴，仍然可以接受）

但3月突然要喺28／3前交$15800作9月份留位
仲要係好神祕地由一間私人公司send 張debit note 嚟

懷疑之下，打去政府問，先知道有條例監管
問學校，校長只答：有問題，就唔好報lor

於是我依指示交左費用留位，但上星期校長親自打比我，話9月份冇學位比我個仔，仲即刻用掛號信退返$15800支票比我

冇任何解釋，係咪因為我揭發左呢間學校濫收費用呢？

實在不能接受。

但仍然希望各位家長如果遇到有疑問嘅收費, 真係要打去教育局查詢下, 如果唔係佢地只會越收越多錢
可能有d讀緊嘅家長唔方便舉報, 但如果你地之前遇過呢d事情, 而又唔讀嘅話, 真係要查問一下, 多謝各位mama們嘅合作

如果只有幼兒園由社處管轄
有幼稚園部分的，由教育局監管

都知道唔係所有家長有上討論區，希望大家為下一代著想，香港有好嘅辦學機構，幫忙傳開去

其實我都覺得多多o的學校假期太多，又有埋o的節日慶祝會係平日，基本上冇一個月係返足咁多堂。12月最多假期，返唔到一半，好多家長會係11月就完。不過，讀過都覺得ok, 不過下次都係搵o的以堂數計。

每間學校都有利與弊，不會十全十美
而家長都有個人喜好，辛苦都係為下一代

最重要係學校嘅教學理念，依例辦事
樣樣物價都咁高，經營成本一定有影響

學校與家長溝通，目的為教好下一代
相信這才是最重要

就呢點，就睇到TT嘅辦學理念有問題啦

我想講如果我一直在這邊讀，那麼碰上Christmas, Easter, CNY這些長假期不足為奇亦理所當然
但這間學校是明知我們當時還差一個月才滿2歲，而且即便交了第一個月學費，也只能讀4天然後就放長假了，並且當時也不存在學位緊缺的問題，卻有心催促我們趕快交學費！見我們有意想孩子讀全日，還提議我們可以同時報讀上午班和下午班！
所以我覺得這間學校是想盡辦法牟利！只是穿了一件“辦學”這個看起來還蠻親切蠻有愛心的外衣！

As I know : Kowloon Tong Suffolk and Dorset are under the same school director
I heard that Dorset is even worst than Suffolk

My son is now studying in Dorset and teachers are absolutely loving. Whether the school has violated any rules/regulations in receiving 2-month tuition as reservation fee, I have no idea though I believe they should have thought of this "consultant" arrangement may cause questions and queries before assuming it so I trust the school knows what they are doing. Indeed, I understand most, if not all, international schools take this "consultant" approach to manage their debenture etc.

TT is just avoiding to answer the query n keep saying that the operation in-charge is not in town

TT called me a few days ago and told me they changed the deposit policy. Now half will be used as first month tuition and the other half as the last month's tuition.
