We are in the process of applying & conducting test on UK schools for one year GCSE via agent. Besides agent's comments,I would like your comments on the below school. No good school result in HK, computer & mobile phone all the time. Preferably not too many Chinese (HK & China), train him self-discipline & motivation to learn & study.

1) King's Ely
2) Ackworth
3) Taunton School (someone already comment)
4) St Bees
5) St Bede's Senior School

請問學費及生活費每年大概多少? 英國的假期是否需要離開學校? 及如何安排?
剛於上週去一間Agent問意見, 打算DSE後過去, 他說去英國讀書一年大約要35-50萬不等. 好嚇人, 是真的嗎?

I believe so. I have planned the budget $350 - 420K per year besides air tickets. Quite heavy!!
