For English, SCMP Posties, Daily 7, Daily 10. There are some other choices as well. Best to check out the collection at the school's library or Central library to see what are available.

請問HKTHK,

對於年紀小的小朋友(5yrs),SCMP posties還是daily 7更適合他們?

I think Posties is at a higher reading level. But why not let your child pick?

我在online睇過吓SCMP posties，見啲字頗細而且幾密。一來我囡未必完全明白，二來她是名符其實的書蟲（係睇書要我叫停那種），一定會拿上手慢慢嘆。所以我估計一些粗略一點的報紙或者比較適合她. 反正都是試一試...

My child ordered Ming Pao Daily from school this year. We will not order next year since the newspaper has made his school bag too heavy. There are free newspaper everywhere anyway and I will take one back home for him.
