I reived letter yesterday and the letter said "they will put my kid on waiting list for afternoon session. Should a vacancy arise between now till Aug 2013, we will notify you immedaitely."

Did all the second interviewer received same letter?!

yes, same letter.. the chance is so small to get a waiting list offer
