This is a young company founded in 2011. Although they do not provide vast variety of children books, the price is attractive. As they provide free delivery to HK, why not try to place a small order first to check their service?

They have sent me a reply explaining that they are upgrading the payment system. Once this is completed, we will be able to checkout without problems.

To me, this would mean they are suspending their business. I wonder why they didn't put this important message on their website and why there is no target schedule for completing the payment system upgrade.

Meanwhile to protect your personal data, I would suggest you not to open an account with them until this is cleared.

I have also sent a follow up email to them asking for a target schedule. Will post an update when I hear from them again.

If they remain silent, I would assume they are not interested to serve us in HK.
