Hi Belle_Piano,
DC stands for Discovery College. It's ESF private independant school. Do you have any idea about the chinese langague offered by DC?

DC's students are mostly western kids who live in Discovery Bay, so of course they speak English very well. RC's students are mostly Chinese, so very different.
