International Christian School runs American curriculum too. There may be others out there but not too many.

Also, a few schools runs Canadian system (e.g. CAIS, etc.); just in case your friend is looking for something North American in general

HKIS surely the first choice. For American International, you can browse other thread in this forum.

HKIS has the longest history of offering the AP program in Hong Kong, which would be the most appropriate for children who eventually apply to US colleges. Other schools to consider would be American International School (AIS) and International Christian School (ICS).
