We got accepted to Raimondi too......what's your reason for choosing St Paul right away?? I really want to decide soon so I can release one of the offers..

why choose ST Paul boys and not Raimondi? can those parents share their points of views?

St Paul boy: over 80% will go to St Paul College
Raimondi: around 60-70% to Raimondi College

School fee of both are almost same.

入唔到2nd in已當係reject
所以有得2nd in, 至少都有waiting

My son got great improvement in presentation skill, self-care ability and self confidence after he moved to Victoria in K2.

Thanks for your sharing! Do you think they tend to accept big boys? Or they accept small boys as well? Do they focus a lot on the kids' presentation skills? Sorry for so many qtns n thanks again!

十年前，我讀幼兒園的（社福機構辦的茶餐廳幼兒園），又沒有特別功能的兒子被陳校長收了；不知道今年有沒有一樣來自幼兒園的小同學呢?

有類似reject letter的信,大意是:小朋友的資料會keep到九月,有需要會再考慮.過了9月,就會銷毀

我相信除了學校外, 唔會有人答到你waiting的機會有幾大

I trained up my son's interview skills by myself. Having said that, Victoria's students are generally stronger in presentation skill which makes them more confident to talk and to perform well in actual P1 interviews. My son used was a shy boy when he was in other Kindergarten in K1.
After moving to Victoria in K2,
my son got a big change, his self-confidence improves a lot and he enjoys speaking a lot in front of people loudly and more confidently.
In some occasions, parents will be invited to school to see their kids’ presentations to a group of guests and classmates in different languages (English/Mandarin/Cantonese).
I have no regret to send him to this school.

我仔考三間, 三間都收左, 但只會揀 St Paul Boys, 因為這間一直是我們心目中的首選。

我想問，收reject letter，我還可寫求位信嗎？我同囝囝真係好想入，但佢面試當日真係好差。我還不想放棄，但我先生就覺得寫都沒用，因為大把waiting跟尾，跟本不會到我們。

其實未出RESULT之前, 我都意識到冇機會了, 所以已經寫過一封比校長. 內容都是讚學校/校長, 講返小朋友當天表現未如理想. 又說明好想入讀.....ETC. 我今次再寫, 都唔知還可以寫什麼 !

昨晚, 我囝又講話真係好想讀聖保羅. 我有解釋比佢知個情況, 佢最後都明白. 但我內心都希望可以做多些, 盡力去幚佢增取學位, 佢一向學術方面都OK, 但當日太緊張. 校長問佢所有問題, 一係唔答, 一係校長要問幾次, 佢先答, 但個答案係"唔知". 我明白如果我係校長都唔會考慮佢.

聽校長講今年只收99人。如果2nd in 有300人，餘下的是waiting 的話(即是201人？)。那麼說reject 的人求位機會真的不大。

如果你有去註冊日，我想你會好失望，因為1st batch waiting的人實在太多，差不多和註冊的人一樣咁多，除非你係waiting 排得好前！但係，如有心讀SPB,作為家長，無理由唔寫信求位！但不要抱太大期望！
