There are often questions on how to read with children. The link below has an interesting research on how picture books are being used as the base of kindergarten curriculum. Maybe some CKY parents can also confirm whether this is close to how Chinese is taught in the school.

- go straight to pg 10 to see how a kindergarten teacher lead various discussions on a picture book. A lot of details on discussion various aspects of the book and also activities used to illustrate concepts related to the book.

其實在ORT裡也有很多teachers' notes, parents' note,書頭書尾也有介紹很多方法,教父母怎樣去陪讀.
