Personally I think Think IS is a bilingual school running in the IB mode with quite a strong focus on Chinese. It's somewhat like RC. Since you are on the waitlist of RC, in the future if you change to RC, it'll be easier for you to catch up with RC school. But if you are not going to change to another school, then perhaps Korean IS is ok because it's a through-train school with the secondary section.
