Living in N.T. Enrolled to TSL. Thinking about to make a move to live nearby. But the price of property there (and actually everywhere in HK) is getting crazy!!! Rental rate is talking about $30 p.s.t. Fu Wing Garden is also doing nearly $9000

Considering hiring a property at the Park View or buying Fu Wing (still talking about over $6mn!!!) Any intellgent advice? (Or direct offer?)
