看完禮賢那邊評語係老師教學有經驗（全部均是基督導）小朋友開心之外，還有重德育！教到個個都好有禮貌、守規舉。評語好正面！
想問York 家長：York 除了學術強外，德育能關顧到嗎？

小兒是York畢業，上禮小。York對小朋友鬆一點，比較商業。家長緊張成績，頭10名都滿分。
禮小學坐剩是公認，聽說禮幼有50%上禮小。

禮賢小學係咪你target之一?如果係就禮幼，如果你想讀津小或其他直資，咁讀york可能會個底打得好啲。至於德育，家長教育重要啲，我覺得唔太關幼稚園事。

they are very diff school... york is very result oriented school... encourage student to sit for exams and certs... in terms of academic, you will get what you pay for...
LY is a very very caring school... if you believe love could nourish your child to become a better person, you should look nowhere else.
"至於德育，家長教育重要啲，我覺得唔太關幼稚園事。" i could not agree with this statement... of course parents take a very important role.... but most of parents in hk do not have much time to spend with the kids, and all we know the teacher is much more authoritative than the parents, and probably due to peer influence kids would learn much more effective in school than at home...
what i am saying about "德育" is not simply greeting to others or to say thankyou or discipines ... that could be learned by routine training just like a robot... there are important values that kids could learn at early age and shall make them a better and peaceful life.

and don't miss the video in their website about its 50th anniversary, it is a very touching documentary about LY, with interviews of alumni, not those with biggest achievement but those students who had changed their lives becuz of LY.

聽說禮幼有50%上禮小。--- checked with LY, 1/3 PS students from LY K, but K has 150 nos of student, of course there were some who eventually turned down the offer... but the admission rate i now think would be less than 50%

我剛經過禮賢小學，見到不論男仔女仔都好乖、好定，一出學校門口就握著母親、家人or 工人姐姐的手，和他們傾上課情況，真的好窩心！

your q is about detailed assessment, you better make an enquire to the school... if the kid is a their own k student, it make sense they will know him/her better from their past performance than one interview. one thing for sure is there is no guarantee that k students will get offer from the school... i doubt even if they give preference to their k students.
once i called the school, the school staff told me even her own daughter who is a k student is still on waiting list for ps.
