PM class 的媽媽們怎麼安排小朋友在家的時間表？上課時間是幾點到幾點呢

6:00 wake up
8.00 bun bun storytime
9.00 playground
10.00 snap
11.30 lunch
12.30 go to sch

I thought so too sleeps early n wake up early so baby can take a nap right before the school but what about school time table n after school timetable? Night time sleeps very early too?

9:00 wake up
9:30-10:15  milk, breakfast, toilet
10:15-11:30  ECA, or outdoor play
11:30-12:50  lunch, free play
12:55 go to school
13:00-16:00  class time
16:00-16:30  rest, fruits
16:30-18:00  nap
18:00-19:30  dinner, free play
19:30-21:00  homework, quiet reading, educational toys and DVD
21:00-22:00  free play
22:00  milk, pillow talk, sleep

or just sleep from 21:00 to 9:00. As the school is just under our home, PM may be better for us, because the morning ECA are not always that crowded

Thank u for your information but ur kid doesn't need morning nap ? Won't be too sleepy for the class?

she is ok now to sleep 11 or 12 hours per day, and I consider sleep during 21:00-09:00/09:30 may be better.

12 hrs ?!? Amazing ....my son sleeps around 10 and wakes up around 7 am that's y still needs morning nap
