What could be said about the school if its IBgraduates (nine) had received offers from the following in 2009 -

Australia

That's what I can gather so far.

邊種offers 先？外國大學有分conditional and unconditional offers；
Conditional offers 可以係AAA, 即考生要達標出results 時有AAA先收,unconditional offers 就係無條件即收,多數U 出Conditional offers！所以要睇acceptance , 即學生最終入讀既U 為准

any reason why you only analysed their 2009 IB results? How about 2010, 2011 and 2012 results? Is it a newly authorised IB school and had only 9 students in 2009?

The nine graduates are all of the school's 1st IB cohort in 2009.

hummm, weird. One year's result of nine students cannot really tell you much about the academic performance and whether the school is moving in the right track. If you are interested in sending your kids to this IS, I would encourage you to get more up-to-date information.

It seems odd that they did not take the offers from good universities line Edinburg and UBC.

Did some of the Unis admit more than one students?
