My girl went to the center to attend the 1st private ukulele lesson. She arrived 0.5 hr earlier. However, unfortunately, the tutor late for 45 mins. The lesson is only last for 0.5 hr. My girl has to wait for 45 mins. That's absolutely unreasonable. My girl altogether stay at the center more than 2 hrs to attend only 0.5 hr lesson. How come the arrangement is so poor? Is it fair? If my girl late, will the tutor accept her late arrival and still provide her a lesson?

Parents, please pay attention if your kids enrolled this center's courses.

咁你係咪係比半堂錢？個半個鐘會吾會遲d補番？

建議你問centre，佢遲到係一個問題，可能有突發事件，可以理解，但佢照收一堂就吾合理。

Thanks Jane 1983. Of course I pay one lesson fee. I called the center and the staff said the tutor encountered a traffic jam. This is understandable. But, late for an hour is not acceptable for kid's lesson.

When the tutor called in, the center staff should make necessary arrangement e.g. re-arrange the class. They told my maid the teacher will come soon. Then, both my maid & kid wait there for an hour. My kid nearly fell asleep as she used to take a nap during that period of time.

樓主應該是不滿那中心的安排，因為tutor遲咁多，中心應該告訴學生家長去選擇是否繼續等定改日子再上堂，否則只會浪費學生時間。同意那中心絕對有改善的空間，否則只會流失學生。
