收佐pm..好鍾意浸幼既理念環境資源，但其實小朋友而家都係新界區內讀緊間活動教學既雙語幼稚園，而且k1起有學券，有net班主任，都唔知值唔值得轉呢！

can't say it is a better offer, I posted a q in other forum, it looked from the replies that the chance to go to Wkf was slim, plus I called the school, they have yet confirmed the school bus service, and it sounds disappointing as it is such a decision factor but the admin is care less to confirm the arrangement before giving offers!
