有報章報導男拔請校工, 因為階段一自行收生教職員孩子是必然取錄, 你們會因此去應徵嗎? 月入8K

男拔係直資，有關糸人士要入到2nd in先有分加
所以首先小朋友要入到約10% 嘅 2nd in先

I think you mix up the regulation. The child of staff of government school and 津小 has priority of getting a seat for that school.(actually same as 校董) But this is not apply to 直資 like DBSPS, DGSJS and SPCCPS etc...

你錯喇。你唸真d。你係校長，你有同事小朋友要考學校，唔通你會話：「佢唔係好得，唔應該入黎」咩。同事若是校工文員，你唔畀佢入，畀有話「奇視」。你會願意如特首周之無日畀人鬧。同事易話為啦。坐埋一條船，同事間互相不順嗎？

Sorry to disagree with you. I know numerous examples that even the child of a teacher in famous DSS got rejected. In real life, I don't think a minor staff in DSS dare to beg a seat from the principal.

I don't have numerous examples, but only 2 from St. Paul coed and 1 from DBS. I know them personally and they succeed as a staff. But to be frank, you don't expect the public to believe in someone that cannot make his/her own child up to his/her school's standard. This applies to general staff too. So normally, staff kids are quite advantageous.

Principal of St. Paul co Ed mentioned (by meaning), 'maybe you don't have relation with the school before joining. But now you have relations.' Relation is very important.

Successful cases are usually over-stressed while failure cases are disguised, at least by the one concerned. I also think the word 'relationship' are also over-stressed in SPCC. Also numerous examples of very much related are rejected while huge amount of related children are accepted.
