my son is study at playgroup now and the teacher is ok. they have out door garden. but the tuition fee is too expensive!! Next year for PN fee is 7500 per month!!

not a good school, if you expect to kill sometimes to play its ok, but if you want the baby to learn... definitely not! They total just like running a business, and some of the teachers is too green, the english teacher back from Canada, wrong grammar, not actively to communicate with parents and do wrong typing via email....
The playgroup is ok, as you didnt expect they could learn a lot, as long as they are happy I think its fine.

I joined for 2 months (parkview campus) and transferred to Victoria. Pips has too much free time (for helpers to chat with each other) and music class with iPod (teacher doesn't seem to know how to play piano), so with the high tuition, I don't think it worth! there's also a debenture for Pn & kg, if you are not planning to join their Pn ($7500/mth) then better find cheaper Playgroup to join, only if it's super close to your home then it's OK.
