見阿仔依家K3好少功課, 但民小出名多功課, 唔知出年點算???

Why just ask whether they can survive or not? Equip our kids to be better and give them good foundation are the duties of parents.

Agree with you, if really think the school give too less assisgment for the students, you can choose to give them extra class outside school to build up their foundation. That's what i am doing even he is in K2 only.

hi.....no need to worry.as far as I know, k1 is deeper than K2 in terms of the curriculum. I guess the school intended to lay a stronger foundation for the kg to go to MSP. The curriculum in the past was no doubt a bit too simple compared with the new curriculum. That's why I decided to brush up the academic ability of my son since K1. I did the basic things for him covering Chinese, Maths and English plus some other interest class. There are so many class out there that you should find one that suit your kid.

謝謝你的回覆,其實而家k1 我覺得不深,要看看之後如何。我最混亂是應該學那種數，有珠心算，enopi 等。那種是配合小學還是條條大路通羅馬呢？

I agree with MSBOY that covering the basic(core) things are most important. I have sent my boys studying Chinese and English since their K1. Good lanugage foundations are very important.
