I applied during Sept, so when you did the interview did they tell you a deadline that they will let you know the result? when did you apply and how was the interview?

Maybe you should call the school and ask, coz ppl like us that applied later then you got call already for an interview.My interview date is Dec 1, and I mailed my application on Sept.

Did you received a confirmation letter saying that the have received your application?

I will go interview tomoro too. I handed in the application around June... They only handle when my son reached 2 last week.

I went to their interview today and basically they just asked the kid to play with the Montessori materials and talk to the parents. For us the teacher only asked us is my child potty trained, did we attend a school tour, which session do we prefer. Then it is story time, one teacher read a story to all the kids then the interview is over.

How old is your kid? When did u receive call for the interview? I emailed SWCK last week regarding my application (which was submitted last Nov) but got no news yet.

My kid is 2 yrs 7 months, I submitted application at the beginning of sept and got call for interview two weeks ago.

My kid is 2.5yrs old and I got the confirmation letter right after the school tour when I submitted the application in last Nov. I even sent email to confirm my application when my kid turned 2 and they replied by phone instead. I've emailed them twice last week but got no reply yet. I will try to call for an update next week then.

Just got a call from school, invited for 2nd interview, anyone got it too? i thought usually SWCK only conduct 1 interview, anyone has experience? or know why there is 2nd in?

Seems they won't interview all the applicants. I asked them about it during the school tour they said only shortlisted applicants will be interviewed.

I got their offer on monday via phone n have interview on last saturday. I applied in August n did the school tour in October. But guess they already took a lot of kids whom turned 2 earlier.

We had interview last Saturday too, and I thought they mentioned the result will be released in 1-2 wks, but you got the offer on Monday

I wonder why we were asked to do 2nd interview, so worried...

Congrats!!

Yes, we managed to get an interview this coming Sat. Hopefully will get a place since I like the school a lot. One more question, did u get the offer by phone on the following Monday?

Hi keiasahi,
Personally I like SWCK as it is a Christian kindergarten and all the comments I got from my friends on this school are extremely good. Also I like its location and the surrounding environment. If you're considering SWCK for your child, I would strongly suggest that you do a school tour and meet the school supervisor for more details.
