各位有無人今日in 左浸幼呀，係咪真係只in 家長唔in 小朋友呀？
一個定2個家長陪呀？Thx!

Yes, the teacher interviewed the parents only, the kids were playing around a table behind the interview panel. There're teachers accompanying kids so I'm not sure whether they would assess kids' performance.

We applied the full day class for our boy, and the interview was conducted in English.

Yes, just interview the parents! Don't know whether they have done assessment on kids because they sit behind my table! Mine in full day class and in English!

what's the point for only interviewing parents? are we the one who is going to take the K1?

It was like a job group in rather than kindergarten interview. Mine is half day class, in Cantonese. Asked so many questions. Kids played at the corner. I asked my kid what the teacher asked, he said name, name of the toys he is playing. Also I saw them showing him a railway route map n asked him what it was, he said train. Then teacher asked u took train here? My son said I took taxi ( all in Cantonese). Some kids cried n walked to their parents.

I also feel shocked when the teacher told me the interview was finished after asking me question! Maybe they just concern whether the parents has attended their briefing and understood their belief!

Honestly I don't quite like their interview format. All the questions can be asked through questionnaire , why need to ask us face to face. What if for some parents who cannot express themselves well while the kid is smart??? How do they assess?

唔該晒咁多位，下午剛in 完。咁嘅interview 形式真係笫一次，我同先生只係答左幾句，機會應該好微，不過囡囡就玩得好開心。

唔係好明點解要問家長咁耐，但問完又唔mark低家長d point. 係咪其實想引開家長，等小朋友自由發揮?

我都同意你講法,問家長問題可能只觀察家長是否"怪獸家長"主力係小朋友,因我見老師不繼問小朋友,又要佢地分享,又有單對單問佢地問題,有睇小朋友有無走去父母或走開玩°

我們去年in浸幼，形式與今年一樣。。重點不是他們有沒有寫下什麼，你答什麼都沒有標準答案，現在又不是背書考試。而是老師對我們家長的態度的感受是怎麼樣，如果你對他們的教育方式有異議，那說什麼也沒有用。。。小孩子在家長聊天時（我覺得不要覺得是interview，而是老師與準家長的聊天），是有一位老師看著他們的，應該也有觀察他們。。。我在跟老師（聊天中知道她是副校長）聊天時沒有固定的對話，不是一問一答，不過就是圍繞着學校的辦學理念和方式，以及我個人對小朋友的教育、培養的看法。。。最後收我女兒讀全日班，不過最後覺得學費還是太貴，沒有去讀。。。呵呵。。。。我自己挺喜歡他們的面試方式。

我都好鐘意浸幼int 方式~形式好像傾偈一樣~小朋友又可以玩耍！大人小朋友沒壓力~

感覺好舒服呢！
