According to last year, they have 2 parts.
1) Enter a room with different toys and let the kids freely play and the teachers will observe and play with the child. For example, can you put a blanket on the the dolls? What shape is this? Can you put into the hole?
2) Enter a room where the teacher sing songs and story tell...and then perhaps expect some reactions for the child...then end with saying goodbye to the principal and the vice principal.

Will they ask parents questions? Or they just review kids' performance only?

I myself, as a parent, found the story part very very difficult. It's all about first: understanding about what the teacher is doing. second: use your imagination and thirdly：follow what the teacher does by brain-hand coordinations. super hard for me, even as a parent.

Didn't ask parents question. Purely observing the client.

I think the school's arrangement was very good, they let the children and parents play inside a classroom ..... and then move to the first part of the interview......so instead of children and parents crowding outside the school....there is a room for the kids to play...of course can't arrive too early to play there, but say 15-30mins before your interview time....they group you since one room and move along in groups....
excellent arrangement last year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
