The onlything I know they are led by different School Principle and the class sizes are different. My friend's kid is in Kowloon Tong, my is in Fo Tan, after our discussion, the 2 schools are quite different.

Fo Tan one is old school while KLT is new one~

The leaders have different insight in education. They operate individually. Only the names are the same.
