如果學校覺得只有FTM先可以配合到佢地, 只可嘆句無緣, 無謂勉強.

I don't think they are just looking for FTM. With working moms there are different levels of involvement in the kids' life, some are more hands on, some more hands off and rely on the maids. Some families also have grandparents taking care of the kids instead of leaving them to the maids.

Some working moms work very long hours and have to travel often, I think that is the type that the school least prefers.
