以我所認識的大部份小五、小六及中一生...都有這情況...
十分普遍....唔係咩大件事...
最緊要有自制能力...
我個女小學時鍾意台灣某組合...而家升中後鍾意外國組合....成日聽歌...些少精神寄託之餘...當係練習外語的其中一個方法........

No issues at all. I was also a big fan of a famous singer in the past. As long as you don't indulge, it could actually a good motivation force when you study. Same to adults, we need something to release our pressure. As long as the singers are with good image, than no harm.

hahaha....I also had idols when I was young. I guess it's just a natural process. But yes, it's very difficult to put some control on the kids. I would think one of the method is to get involved (e.g. you watch the video with your daughter) + encourage your daughter to have other interests (e.g. playing sports, or even encourage her to take serious singing or dancing lessons). I know it's very difficult to the parents but hope this helps.

哈哈，我細個會有迷偶像呀，重追星tim. 但我爸handle得好好，佢同時陪我癲，幫我剪報又幫我錄，但同佢又要我讀好d書先比我去追星，我不但冇退步重比之前好成績左。所以有時懂得同子女溝通，唔好既野都可以變成工具。

me too. I even cut school and went to the airport when my idol came for a concert. But like you said, i had good performance at school.
