You may get help from Social worker. I know that there is a space located in Southern HK island and organized by Catholic, they are specially help those 孤兒 and provide them the housing with meal.... Environment is very good too. The student inside is not because of they are naughty, only because of some family issue. But the space is very tight. You may need to get help from social worker and have them to write the referral letter and it will be more easy for entrance.
