其實這間學校很奇怪，first interview 未完便有2nd interview . 而且申請還進行中……

I believe this is because the school use an absolute set of criteria to 'measure' whether the child suits the school or not, but not having all children competing with each other and pick the top 70. they are focusing on the child himself, not their relative capability among other children. That's why they can continuously offer places to suitable children.
