記得BK有些家長提及中文一定要考paper A,但在各大學嘅入學要求又看
不到有相關要求，有冇家長可賜教一下或比條link 研究下？謝謝。

信大學資料好些。
如果選 IB，部份本港大學 eg CUHK 可以括免中文入學資格。

I'm not aware of any requirements from local Us on Chinese for IB (non-JUPAS) applicants, except for course specific requirements.

According to HKU's webpage http://www.als.hku.hk/admission/intl/admissionHK2b
the NJ applicants have to satisfy the second language requirement, either Chinese or other recognised languages.

According to CU's webpage, http://www5.cuhk.edu.hk/oafa/index.php/non-jupas, the NJ applicants also need to satisfy the Chinese Language requirement.

According to CU, the bottom small print below the table.

Waiver of the Chinese language admission requirement may be granted, at the discretion of the Faculty Deans concerned, on the condition that the non-JUPAS applicant concerned should have pursued a curriculum leading to a recognized non-local qualification at secondary or above level prior to admission.

Thanks for the information.

Since the applicant should have persued a curriculum leading to a recognised non-local qualification prior to admission, it appears that the applicant should have a secondary language (if he does not take Chinese). IB students need to take a second language, so as the British, American, Australian and other major education system. This is the same situation as in HKU.
