Hm ... Did u follow their instructions strictly? Did u send the relevant documents (e.g. immunization records, birth cert, envelopes), either in person or by mail, within the stipulated timing (i.e. 10 - 12 Sept)? If yes, u better call them to check check wor ...

Yes, I followed all their instructions and I posted it on 11Sep. Hope it's not lost in the post. will call them up and check then.
