0845-0900 toilet time, brush teeth, wash face
0900-0930 breakfast
0930-1045 playtime
1045-1215 nap time
1215-1300 lunch
1300-1315 toilet time / change school uniform
1315 by school bus
1745 arrive home
1800 take bath
1830 dinner
1930 playtime
2100 milk time
2130 brush teeth and wash face
2145 story time
2200 sleep time

以上是阿囡上年讀pm班的作息時間表

返學坐校車，回程自己接。

我個女都返K1下午班 (但上年返預備班返上午返左成年都從未喊過), 8am起身玩到11am~12pm 叫佢 take nap, 佢又訓唔到, 到12:30~1pm, 叩佢換校服就開始喊話唔返學, 唔知要遲到幾時先可適應, 真煩惱!!!

My son too, 返咗差不多一個月學都仲未慣D時間,我見到佢吟都好辛苦,放學返嚟好tired又訓唔到(係校巴訓到一陳就要起身落車)所以有時佢會有的憫。早上又take唔到nap......

12:50 go to kindergarten (幼稚園就在屋企樓下)
4:00 back to home, milk and snap
6:00 dinner, then Video and play
11:00 milk and sleep

以前我女返下午, 我會7:00am叫她起身, 如果唔關係上午訓唔到nap, 大約訓1.5hrs, 她夜晚9:00pm入房,多數20-30mins.訓著.

我個仔都係7點起身,但係要佢take a morning nap真係好難。好似今日吟就用咗成個鐘先訓到，半個鐘後我已經要叫醒佢,仲要冇乜時間剩去食飯,我只係比咗西蘭花,a cheese stick and a piece of bread for his lunch..... I feel soon bad but nothing else I can do.... (仲要坐的士返學因為冇時間搭地鐵)

我個仔以前返開全日
而家要返下午
所以朝早8點起身後都幾煩
因為d細藝搞唔到好耐之餘
到捱至12點佢想nap
又要開始換衫返學
所以都真係需要時間適應！

佢唔訓又真係有D click 手.

因為慳時間問題, 我女會食早飯, schedule 如下:

7:00             - wake up and milk
7:30             -  brush teeth
7:30-9:30    - free play and reading, or eat little bread
9:30             - early lunch
10:45-12:30 - nap
12:30          - milk (剛訓完唔願食嘢)
12:55          - go to school
4:50             - back home
5:00             - early dinner
6:30             - bath
8:00             - milk
8:45             - brush teeth
9:00             - go to bed

So far 都ok, btw, 我女返學行10 mins.就到

No nap time.. Just sleep earlier at night.. about 9 pm- 10 pm. Wakes up at 7 am- 8 am..

9點左右起身，其中有兩天中上有野學，會早多半小時起身，12點午飯，12點9出門口，4點8返到屋企，食少少野抖一陣，5點做功課，6點半晚飯，11點訓

我呀女今年 K1 ..

9:00-9:30am - wake up + breakfast
10:30-11:30am : 興趣班
11:44-12:15am - lunch
5:15pm - 放學 + nap

7:00-7:20pm - homework (if any)
7:30pm - dinner
8:30-9:30pm - 親子時間
Before 10:00pm - bed time

覺得上晝上興趣班，比下晝或星期六學好好多。哥哥 K3 返上晝，放學返屋企已超攰。大家同時開始學，妹妹上手快好多。

我個囡今年K1就係返AM Class, 佢N班時就係返PM. 佢上年的時間表
8:30am-9:00am : Wake up, brush teeth..
9:00am-9:30am : breakfast
9:30am-11:45am : playing & Reading
11:45am-12:30am : Lunch & Change Uniform
12:35pm: go to school
16:20pm: Back home & nap
18:30pm: wake up & bath
19:30pm- 20:15pm: dinner
20:15pm – 22:00pm: play time
22:00pm- 22:30pm : bedtime & pillow talk

Why kids can sleep till 9am? 10:30am? My son wake up 6am or even 5 am, and can play till3pm, still hv energy! So I give up pm class...

Actually u really have to set a timetable for the kids.  My little one is in PN (pm class)
Her schedule is
6am wake up
6.45am breakfast
7.30am toilet n brush teeth
8.45am go to the park(downstairs)
9.30am take shower
10.15am early lunch
10.45am-12.30pm nap
1pm-4pm go to school
4.20pm back home n take shower
5.30pm early dinner
6pm play time n story time
6.30pm brush teeth
6.45pm  go to bed( usually sleep at 7.15pm til 6am)
Maybe some of u might think that is too early to go to bed, but from my experience(I'm a mother of 2 girls),  I trained my daughters since they were babies.  It's really good that kids sleep early for the brain development.  And for adults, we do have our own time at time.
一句說話（要堅持）小朋友一定要生活要有規律，訓得好，自然食得好，脾氣及情緖亦會好。

我都好想比阿仔咁早瞓, 但有時我同C6放工返到屋企最早都7點幾, 沖埋涼食埋DINNER同佢玩一陣都已經9點.

請問你朝早俾佢再nap, 你有冇同佢落街放電, 佢先訓得著? 因我個小朋友要磨成個鐘先訓得著.

no i don't take him out to play in the morning. i give him early lunch ~9:30am, then go take a nap at 10:30am. if he wakes up at 6am that day, he'll quickly fall asleep, but if he gets up at 7am, then it may take him almost an hour to fall asleep, but most important thing is he'll still sleep, otherwise he'll be super cranky after school at 4:30

10:00 - 10:30 light breakfast
10:30 - 10:45 piano practice
10:45 - 11:30 play time
11:30 - 12:15 lunch
12:15 - 12:30 toilet n change
12:35          school bus
16:45             arrive home( snack walk the way home)
16:45 - 17:15  bath
17:15 - 18:45 milk + nap or play if cant sleep
19 :00          soup
19 :30          homework
20 :00          dinner
21:00 - 23:00 Daddy's playtime
