I think DG set your arrive 9:55, you should arrive at 9:55 otherwise is 'late'. If this interview time crashes with another, try to ask a family member to report at 9:55 first, then your girl hurry up to arrive before meeting time.
But such 'hurry plan' may affect her performance.
