My son attended the 2nd interview with the vice-principle and we are also invited to meet her right away, it that means he will got the offer? Any exsisting parents pls advise~~~ thanks!

We have 1st Interview on 5 Sep and I recieved call on 14 Sep invite us for 2nd interview on next day (ie, 15 Sep).

The vice principle said will have reply one week later, since they need the approval from principle, but the staff from the school office told us the result will release on Oct.............I'm really confused!

我們當天2nd in 是在下午，只有我們是2nd in, 另有其他小朋友1st in

We are all the way in Cantonese, but the kid's interview is mainly in English.

想問下你們的小朋友是不是讀English focused Kinder? Can your kids speak in English sentence fluently? I really afraid of interview in English for my kids as he is not come from English focused kinder but only join some English classes outside. Are the questions to the kids difficult?
I also want to know what is the purpose to bring the handbook of k2?

actually I didn't recieve the letter yet, but the lady just verbally confirmed me via the phone and she told me come to paid $500 reservation fee. I will got more info after I read the letter (hopefully will got it tmr or Mon).

We still have few more interviews coming (other schools) , so let's wait and see. SInce it's very keen competition this yr, I applied 7 schools in total. SMC is the first school we got the offer. Other school all not yet have reply or even not yet attend interview.

Thank u! My son can speak fluent English and Cantonese, he talk to his daddy, his brother and maid in English most of the time and I'm the one speak Cantonese to him. I do hand in the portfoilio which stated all his ECA and awards obtained, perhaps it helps.

Thank u! 佢5月出世, 算大仔??? 佢考咗 Cambridge Starter, KPCC, 12月會考Jetset. 公開比賽獎項有繪畫, 体操同朗誦.唔知呢D有冇直接幫助? 不過佢響學習過程中學到好多, 自信心亦加強咗, 小朋友自身有得益嘅~~~

Thanks, ah4. 5月出世都叫好架啦！起碼可以考starter, 我又唔忍心谷佢，只考了trinity grade 1,之後連trinity 都改埋5歲考.其他kpcc, 朗誦比賽都有，但阿仔講野+行為有少少bb，或者都係致命傷。
其實阿仔已有其他offer，但地點實在不太方便，不能一車返晒學，好麻煩
回想五年前，阿女1st in完，2nd in 已去簽紙confirmed ,我就疊埋心水生阿仔，真係無諗到今日會咁

Oct13 is PTA annual meeting of school.
If your friends studying in SMC, you can get more details of it.
SMC is less pressure and happy school for kid and parent.

We received offer letter today too. So happy. We 2nd in on 22/9. No need to go interview anymore.

But my daughter has not entered into any competition nor any english examination.

我估學校如果有位，會先考慮有兄姊就讀而on waiting list 的小朋友，這是人之常情。所以我們雖然on waiting list, 也不會抱太多期望。如果最後收到通知，便當Bonus。還是努力餘下的面試吧！加油！

I did ask Ms Li how many siblings the school will take, and she said it's all depends on the siblings' ability and last year the % is just about 50%, i.e. around 50% of sibliing get rejected. She said many children is afraid of NETs and don't dare to talk.
