If I were you, I wouldn't do that as it might not be the most cost effective way to learn English at his age. Instead, use the money to buy your kid audio books/CD/VCD/books etc. The gist is to get him interested and he will learn the language quickly by imitation and repetition. Read him loads of books and he will do well in no time. If he acquires a reading habit, it will even benefit him for the rest of his life.

Thx bobbycheung ^^， I've buy a lot of difference material for her , and reading with her , she love to read , but not looking at the words , just love to listen i read the story , I 've pointed the words to her and try many funny and interesting method but not useful!
I know her listening and understanding is ok , but can't speak to me in English , because my English level also not very good specially not enough 詞彙，cannot help her improve English level , that 's why I consider to let her try this method !

請不要見怪，我個人不贊成K1學認字，她現在的表現其實很正常，小朋友這個年紀不會對字有興趣，你逼她學可能對將來的發展適得其反。純屬個人經驗。

Children at this age learn more effectively in group when they interact with the others. She's only 3 and she'll learn her words later on. Be patient.
