any new parents have logged into the web to check for your kid's infro successfully?
i have tried many times, but all failed.

我得喎. password 係小朋友個出生日期. 唔記得係年月日定係日月年排, 中間要 -
如果係1月1出世即係 2009-01-01 or 01-01-2009

I'm ok. Please be reminded that letter 'k' in user ID is small letter and password is YYYY-MM-DD

For some reasons, I can't login too. Just want to reconfirm, is the user id start with12k, then class, then student number? Please help!

log in name starts with 12k, then followed by 3 digits. one of the notice distributed on 23 Aug has the lig in name.
