As per their admission policy, age requirement for reception 1 have to be 3 years old before September 1 of year entry.

Anyone knows will they review case by case if the kid's date of birth after Sept 1?

I don't mind to put my girl to the school until she turned 3(if they accept 插班生）

ICS is very strict with this policy so I think you will have to defer one year if you plan to apply for this school. In my kid's class, about half of the class are born before Dec including a few born in Sep.
