Is it the normal practice? I've wrote the school a withdrawal letter but never get the acknowledgement of receipt, not even a phone call

Me either. Neither phone call nor acknowledgement of receipts. As no further letters asking me to pay 2nd payment, so I just leave it there.

最緊要stop autopay with ur bank. 退學信未必confirm receipt.

I hv received call and confirmation from the headmaster and administrator. it confirms that my deposit cannot be refunded :p

I did that for my girl last time but my school never reply to confirm withdrawal. They are not even borther if you want to talk to the principal to say good bye.

May I know all mamas, why u hv to withdraw? As I also want to withdraw PN class for my daughter but she doesn't have any back up school! Don't know what to do now?
