IMHO, English Excel, As ESF has a relatively high teacher to student ratio, EE has a ratio of maximum 1 teacher to 4 students.

But if your kid is p. 4 already and has no good English Oral and listening skills, the kid may find a little bit hard to adapt.

Should be HKD300 for a lesson (1.5 hrs), but details you should go to the centre and confirm by yourself.
