拔尖已從死灰中復燃，只是改變了形式。各大學為了搶人，向某些名院校的校長埋手，希望他們推薦一些同學，以便盡早進行面試，面試合格的已獲得大學的有條件取錄，到放榜時，成績若達到學科的收生標準，便即時取錄！據聞有中學校長將全數學生推薦給各大院校合適的學院！

Whether or not a student is given an early conditional offer, he has to meet the conditions (based on the result of HKDSE). In other words, the "early admission" you referred to has no direct correlation with the overall performance of the students in the HKDSE examinations. The students need to fulfil the conditions.

Yes, my good friend's son was offered to study global finance by HKU but he could not meet the conditions after the result of the HKDSE result.

我都聽過conditional offer(今年), 係我問我朋友佢果間考成點, 佢話有一個入hku, 我仲問咁快知? 佢話因為係conditional offer所以放榜第2日已經肯定入, 不過詳情係點我就唔清楚

只係自薦同校長推薦計劃先有conditional offer，之前提早面試只係group interview，講明只係比bonus point。
