MPS是間名校,但聽聞只有英文一科好. 想請教現讀MPS家長, 有沒有後恢小朋友入了這所學校, 學校方面有那些地方須要/必須改進?

MPS是間英文小學, 所以英文特別好, 並不是只有英文一科好。MPS的小朋友都充滿自信, 喜歡學校,

Yes, i think it is a very good school!In my point of view, a 'good' school is not only concentrate on academic and competition awards.
MPS student is confident, smart, all rounded, where i would like my daughter to be nourished in.....

今畤今日,没有田鴨式的崔谷,學生有咁好的水準, 辦學團體又堅持平等教育機會,不轉直資私校,我已經很感動和認同,眼濕濕了。我住九龍都身體力行,送小女進來學習, not just academic, also the values of life.

I think MPS is good (although it may not be the best in town) because of the following reasons:
- It is a traditional elite school
- Good English standard
- Not too pushy (no exam till P5/6 and they don't publicise the ranking of its students), and its students still manage to get reasonably good results
- The proportion of admission into its secondary school is quite large (in my opinion)
- Relatively new building with good facilities
- It is free of charge

Oops, down side;
- subsidiary school, the resources when compared with private school are less
- quality of teacher varies, some are good, some are so so,.... depends

If you want to maintain good (top) academic result, of course, need to pay extra effort. Other activities, like sports, music, of course need to rely on private tutor.

我就覺得真係非常好！其實有時好唔好都好視乎個人的睇法同緣份，希望大家都揾到最適合你小朋友個杯茶！

一點想法... 杯嘢其實係小朋友自己飲，我地父母某程度只係幫佢叫，佢一飲好可能就要飲足六年，最好可以俾d機會小朋友參與一下，唔駛下下我鍾意飲齋啡，就一定要佢跟住叫，俾佢加d奶同糖都唔錯呀...

我自己是MPS的舊生，少時的家境也不富裕。常常有人問了，你學校有那麼多有錢人了，會否感到很自卑了，我卻說不會，因為老師視人人平等了，而最重要的是我父母也從沒有跟我同學的家長比較了，所以不用怕。MPS眞是一所好學校，我也喜歡我的孩子入讀呢!

My niece also study in here n now promoted to MSC. she is good, not materialist, not chase the brand name. She is a considerate girl, care family n friend feeling. I think this is learn from school.

小女數年前MSS畢業，HKCEE有3科A，有朋友千金是讀跑馬地真光，她也常常跟我說真光好過瑪利曼，瑪利曼學生除了英文其他全部都唔得，其實MSS 學生不單成績好，課外活動、校際比賽也很出色，.我跟她解釋小女成績在校內也不算是很top，她也不相信我，年年都有真光學生來插班，那會成績好的MSS 學生到真光去，我也不知為何外間有這樣的說法。

咁應該恭喜你朋友啦！佢幫個女揾到間鍾意嘅學校，最重要佢真心覺得好就得啦！好似揀老公咁，無話邊個好d，最緊要鍾意啫：P

我就認為呢類「我個小朋友間學校好d」嘅比較唔係好有意義，最重要小朋友讀得開心，可以係個佢感覺良好嘅環境學習同成長，間間學校都有優點缺點，接受到就得啦！Cheers！

Everyone has different definition of the best school. I can say MPS is the best school for my daughter. She enjoyed her school life very much!

MPS係一間好快樂的學校，學校小功課及放學時間也不太遲，所以小朋友平日有好多閱讀課外書時間和到公園做運動

。 K3升上小一，學校都有比時間給小朋友適應，基本上是跟得上課程，所以不用太擔心。學校每天都有15分鐘閱讀時間，有三天是看中文書，這個安排十分好，令我女女看多了中文書。

我聽聞就是p1-p3都唔谷，靠家長及補習谷。如果家長跟住學校唔谷，好多小朋友p3 被學校勸退。自己要返工，驚遲早會被勸退！但這都是傳聞，真心想請教各家長，p1 須唔須要補習才ok. 冇Ranking and exam, 點知小朋友哪方面要加陪努力呢！謝

雖然成績表沒有分數和名次，但每次測驗後都會派回測驗卷做改正，家長可從中知道女兒在各科的表現。至於勸退則未有聽聞，這也不是我認識的瑪利曼作風，不用擔心。
