聖保羅堂 is more of Chinese base and Victoria is more of English base. I will pick Victoria as I want my kid to have a better English foundation.

但victoria唔係100%上返小學, 所以好擔心佢小學冇backup問題!!

二間都一樣！
因為，聖保羅堂都冇小學backup 的。

而聖保羅堂是一間著重品德教學的幼稚園。

我幫個仔揀了聖保羅堂，因為我有2個小朋友，兩個都讀Victoria的話,只係學費未計校車，每個月已成萬蚊！

if you are not target local primary schools and money is not a concern, i will choose Victoria. as i think kids from Vic are more confident and presentable..
of coz, if you are target local primary schools, SPC will be better.
