我想問小朋友考幼園或小學, 報名表要填月薪/ 年薪多少的學父多嗎? 如果我想替孩子報私校, 如瑪利諾或德望, 要填薪金資料甚至要買債券嗎?

The best way to find out an answer to your question is for you to download the application forms from those schools that you're interested in. Take a closer look and you'll find out none of the question you concern is asked.

學校一般不會問。
如果要問，可以以私隱理由不答；若要答，要為孩子做個好榜樣，只說事實。

我試過有一間普通幼兒園的申請表格, 有這一欄, 亦是唯一的一間學校這樣問, 我就如實作答, 照去面試, 後來也收了, 不過, 我相信一切都只是info purpose, 不代表甚麼.

Is it nursery run by NGO? It may be possibilities that they wanna offer subsidy for the needy family?

yes it is a full-day nursery operated by a church-based NGO. I had the same guess as yours as to the question about parents' salaries.
