I want to apply Discovery Bay International School for my kid. Can any parents give me some comments about this school? Thanks!

my son is studying in DBIS. He loves the school, loves the teachers and loves all his friends
in DBIS.

School facilities are excellent. In fact, they have just added a new building with a 25m swimming pool.

Each of the year 7 to year 10 student will be given an IPad for e-learning in the new school term.

I dont know what year you are applying for but they have an awfully long waiting list especially for the early years.

Discovery Bay International School (not to be confused with ESF's Discovery College) is an expensive school ...

Extended Nursery - HK$7,000 per month
Full day Reception - HK$7,600 per month
Primary (Year 1 to Year 6) - HK$8,250 per month
Junior Secondary (Year 7 to Year 10) - HK$11,000 per month
Above fees are payable in 10 monthly payments

Plus School Development Levy ...

Either one-off payment of $450,000
or annual payment of $30,000
