Hi, would like to ask all those who attended the 2nd interview on 9/6 received the Letter of Reject / Waiting List or not, as according to the teacher, letters would be send after 13/6, thanks!

I just rang the school, one of their staff said all letters have been sent out already, sigh

many thanks ... but the point is, i still didn't received even one letter up to today

(however, i know they call all those accepted by their school already) and ... i just want to know whether i am under waiting list or has been rejected directly.

i just rang them again to check whether i have been rejected or under waiting list cause i received no letter, but it seems that they don't want to answer, as they said all letters have been sent out already and they also said may be we wrote the wrong address on the envelope

...

well ... i know letter has been sent, but the point is we still received nothing, is it really that difficult to let me know the result over the phone

When you called the school, can you reach the 方主任 mentioned?
I have been calling for few days, intending to ask for the priority of my son on the waiting list, but still cannot reach him/her.

no, the first time i rang, that校工said all letters have been delivered to the post office by himself and all the 正取生would received a phone call. That校工asked me to leave my number so that the office staff could call me back.

i still received call after a bit long while, i rang again, that校工answer the phone again, he said it might be the address on the envelope was wrong ...

sigh, actually, i just want to know i have been right rejected or under waiting list, sigh X 10,000

Sigh... They have no intention to reply your call!!The address on the envelop was written by parents of applicants, it makes no sense to doubt the correctness...

If they are not willing to answer phone calls, they shouldn't put 方主任's name on the letter as contact person...

they are such famous / elite school, so many children (applicants) for them to choose, i understand they need not to entertain all those other than正取生

But still, they need to call students on the waiting list once there are vacancies, which is just the normal practice. However, I wonder how they prioritize the students.
BTW, I just aware that you can read Chinese. Stupid me.

Do you remember your application number?
Maybe you write a letter with a addressed envelope and just ask if they could resend the "waiting/reject" letter. I think this is making sense as you have already tried to get it over the phone

I agree with ahschan.I think you should get a copy of the letter in hand. You have the right to know the result.

no, i just didn't know the number shown on the paper they gave on the interview day is that important, or i will write it down immediately.

anyway, i would consider your suggestion on preparing them another letter for resending result.

How about right click the '輸入法' icon, choose '設定' and ‘新增'?I haven't used a PC for quite a long time, not sure if this is still applicable.

I think handwriting letter is more sincere, therefore all my 叩門信 are handwritten.Am I too silly? Haha.

我和幾個朋友同樣都收唔到信，學校都係講一早已寄出，但奇怪是有咩可能咁多人都收唔到，唔通真是咁多家長寫錯地址咩？？我打去學校問又係校工聽，又係例牌答案，又講會搵人覆，當然最後都係無影啦.......其實收唔到電話即是不入選我明白，但我都想知道係後補或落選姐，不過學校今次比我感覺行政真係好有問題

呀 ... i just think of one thing, according to the parents above, i think i should be rejected, because i think all those have been Rejected would never receive any letter but all those who are under Waiting List ...

我今朝打左去學校問, 同其他mama既經歷一樣, 先係類似校工既女人接電話, 又話我寫錯地址, 又話已經寄哂所有既信, etc. 咁我梗係咬住唔放, 話就算咩都好, 起碼得個知字, 跟住佢就好不情願地幫我駁去另一個職員度, 嗰個未瞓醒既職員問我小朋友叫咩名, 跟住好不情願咁話比我聽我小朋友落選。我對呢間學校完全改觀！！！！！！

選校是盲目的。
不論信件安排如何，它還是我的首選。
而明年還是有很多申請人。

我從來未收過兩間油天的信，這種做法很不專業，要家長盲目地等，不管怎樣，總要有個說法才對，這兩間學校的行政實在太亂了，從此要改觀就是了。

通常REJECT 信系遲啲既.你地慢慢會收到.佢地應該唔系一次過寄應該系分批因為成600份申請表,你都比啲時間人地做野..間間學校你打電話去佢系話已經寄出.但唔會講明幾時寄.仲之最遲果啲信一定系REJECT.
我考私校都系咁啦.

我唔係其一參與者, 但人多申請唔應該代表申請者要苦苦的等...個人認為...名校年年如是, 務必架輕就熟, 或者可以set遲一星期先出result, 但實質出result前1星期已完成所有程序, 咁早d寄出晒總好過推遲寄出, 相信如有心入讀既參與者, 定必會緊張結果...更何況過期就係過期, 想到底...問題真係出自校方一方啊...現並唔係要怪責, 只係大家互相通報訊息, 亦反影下校方處事有不足之處而已~

有食力無論去邊處叩門，往往都吸引校方推崇。再加上獨樹一幟Portfolio很難不令二次面試入圍。雖則新油天給予學位，但更有比祂在還好小學不需面試而邀請入讀。各位後備生又多一個機會了，祝福下位幸運兒
