请过来人帮帮忙，如果要去叩门而自行分配学位副本不见了，怎么办？

我都搵唔到啊，但本身自行時系waiting 第三，再叩呢間學校應該有我record，無咩大問題！看你系咪選它，如果好似我咁，無都無所謂！

call EDB and ask.
on the other hand, submit the portfolio without the form, don't miss the "knocking" chance this week.
Try to ask for a replacement and submit it later on during the interview session or request from the school.

谢谢！我当时是填它第一志愿，现在打算去叩它的门，打电话去他们学校问又没给到答复，晕！
