According to the the promise of the school, it guarantees its primary school will save its not less than 85% for MS kindergarten students.

If the total seats of MS Primary is 40 X 6 class = 240
240 x 85% = 204
Total MS kindergarten students around 300, that means 90 students will not offered seats to Primary school.

If your daughter's 成績不過不失, I think it should be OK.
