請問如何交叩門信？

The security guard took mine.  But clearly stated that:
"Principal said it is no use, won't even read your port. or letter.
If you wish to leave, I will take it.  Again, it's really no use."
At first, she didn't take, asked us to leave.  One of the parents asked her to ask the staff responsible, then the guard called the Principal.
