Anyone know if there is 保母車 from Kwai Fuk Court, Kwai Hing to Kln True Light? and what time to get on the bus??

Yes, there is a bus from Ching Yi, Kwai Hing, Kwai Chung to KlnTL, at around 06:45 ~ 07:10.
