我想請問大家既babe有沒有apply 高主教既K1? 如果有的話, 你們可唔可以share下interview既情況? 佢既中小學

係唔係好多功課做架?

同埋我想知係唔係好多學生都被reject架?

有，女女九月入K 1

interview 不太複雜
一般常識，如動物名等等

小學功課量一般，我朋友仔小二平日七点前做完功課

Can you let me know more?
Are they using cantonese to ask question and give instruction to the kids? I just worry my small son doesn't respond to the cantonese... as he only understands the english vocabularies....

You are having a daughter wor.. you are still planning to let her study at 高主教既K1? Do you know the scale for male VS female....I want my son to study there because I want him to learn how to deal with all the gender too...

I heard from an existing parent that this year the Primary Section will give 40 offers for girls only. Not sure if they will increase the ratio later.

So the ratio of boys to girls is 3:1. I think it is quite ok ge.

Pretty mama,

in my experience, most of the interviews were conducted in cantonese. My daughter only had two interviews in english. St cat and 蘇浙
So u are better to use more cantonese.

before, i played the interview games at home. Mickey mouse, donald, minnie are the candidates. I ask them to sit in the living room, and i acted as teacher. My daughter enjoyed the game. It works for my daughter, and u could try later.

SPEAK AND MANNER are the most important factors.

Behappydad真係好多謝你嘅分享，好有用^_^我要響呢幾個月好好教他中文喇! 原本唸住反樓下幼稚園因有small son class mainly for small kids, but 唸深一層驚冇K1收所以而家好無奈..真希望看仔仔可以做你囡囡師弟啦!下年實爭到暈!

Can you tell me more details about the interview? I am targeting to let my small son to go in RC, but now he even doesnt know how to speak in cantonese for those animals or other vocab... so headache.. he needs to interview in coming Nov, just a few months to go, I don't think he can reply properly of teachers' questions.....um..

Other than RC, any other good one dragon Kinder or other Kinder you can recommend?? He will study Lingnam for PN class this year.

Pretty mama,

In HK Island, Raimondi is the only kindergarten that is linked to a band one primary and secondary school for both boys an girls. There are no other options for boys in HK Island.

However, the following kindergartens are also linked with primary schools, but their secondary section is not band one.

Lingnan, Rosaryhill, Kau Yan, KCS

$3800 tuition fee
$8xx book fee for K2 for 1st term
I am not sure for snack fee. But for school bus fee, it is similar to other schools. For example, it costs $7xx for me and I live in HK Island.

Really thanks feiji info. I am also thinking to apply k1 next year even my kid is daughter. Does its primary and secondary preserve seats for their own students? Is it possible only apply p1 if I am not its kg student?

Normally around 70-80% of its primary section students will be promoted to its secondary section. As for its kindergarten, as it will be just reopened this year, we have to wait and see how many of them can get a place at its primary section. 當年的高幼學生是全部都可升上高小的，現在則大家都是靠估。我聽的那場高幼簡介會，校長説：「我們第一屆K1有180人，而高小有約150個位，所以我不能保證我們所有的學生都能升上高小。」而我亦打過去高小查問他們會收多少高幼的學生，他們告訴我：「你問番幼稚園部啦，佢哋點講就係點㗎啦。」「不過校長話，佢哋都要嚟interview㗎。」我 get 到的意思是他們會收大部分，但亦有人有不同的領會。在這一刻，大家只能估估下。

我理解升小有多少机會無定
高小會視乎當時高幼学生的質數而决定
三成五成八成未知

但我自己估計高比例(reason : stretegy).

Feiji, 多謝你既敘述，小學果然係好吸引，至於KG，雖然冇肯定咁答，我估只係唔想比任何承諾給家長而令學校不義，我相信有好大部份既學生都可以上佢地小一的。
