(一) 報名手續
1. 親臨本校索取及遞交報名表格，亦可於本校網頁下載報名表格，郵寄恕不接受
報名日期：二零一二年六月四日(星期一) 至二零一二年六月五日(星期二)
辦公時間：上午九時至中午十二時；下午二時至四時

遞交報名表時須繳交下列資料：
a) 出生證明文件正本及影印本*
b) 原校成績表正本及影印本*
c) 正面半身近照兩張 (5cm x 4cm)
d) 已貼郵票之回郵信封一個
e) 報名費五十元

* 原件經查驗後發還

(二) 小一面見日期 2012年6月9日(星期六)

I think no one knows the exactly figure up to this moment as the school did not confirm all K3 parents at this moment. However, according to the guarantee of the primary school, It promises it will offer not less than 85% seats for its kg students. If the total P1 MS seats is 6X40 = 240, then it should be around 36 seats will be opened for this application.
